Shipping policy

All items are made to order and begin processing the following business day from which they were placed. 

This is to reduce material waste, ensure high-quality production of all pieces, and cut down the risk of excess inventory. archive. does not hold nor store inventory directly.

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and cannot be cancelled after this window due to commencement of production.

The below shipping estimates are approximate and may fluctuate based on factors such as availability, service speed, and weight of package:

Orders shipping from US to US take about 5 to 9 days to arrive from time of order placement. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Orders shipping from China to US take about 9 to 12 days to arrive from time of order placement. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Orders shipping from China to Canada take about 10 to 18 days to arrive from time of order placement. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Orders shipping from US to Canada take about 10 to 18 days to arrive from time of order placement. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Orders shipping from China to EU take about 12 to 28 days to arrive from time of order placement, depending on country. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Orders shipping from US to EU take about 10 to 30 days to arrive from time of order placement. You will receive tracking upon shipment.

Please note that while we ship to Europe, the customer bears full responsibility for VAT and any additional taxes, fees, and/or customs duties associated with the order. We cannot cover nor predict these costs.

• Hats and embroidery products are produced and shipped from the US, and will be delivered by USPS domestically.
• Tops are produced and shipped from China, with a selection of Tops fulfilled from the US, and are fulfilled by a last-mile courier unless otherwise noted.
• Orders shipping to EU will be delivered by the destination country's carrier or a last-mile courier.
• All products offered are of the highest quality available

In the event your cart contains items shipping from multiple origin points, you will be met with split shipping costs at checkout. Each item's individual ship cost and carrier service will be clearly listed.
